A Bahamas vacation is easy to navigate
The Bahamas consists of over 700 islands and 2400 cays in the Caribbean Sea off the coast of Florida down to Cuba and Haiti on the South. Only about 30 of the islands are inhabited! Travel to the Bahamas from the US is available from several major cities through air and even by boat. The warm waters of the Caribbean and white sand beaches make tourism a mainstay of the Bahamian economy. This creates many options for flights at reasonable prices.
The Island was ruled by Britain until 1973. This means the predominant language is English. Being able to navigate the daily transactions in a native tongue makes vacationing less stressful. The relatively small size of each of the islands means when you get off the plane or boat, your hotel is never too far away.
